Please, make sure that your APP and watch Firmware are latest version available.


After so, we highly recommend that you do a basic reset with your watch. 


1. Unpair watch from your phone.

2. Delete the Aviator App

3. Press both the Upper and Lower pusher buttons of the watch together and hold for 3 seconds while watch is on the Charger.

4. Go to your Phone settings > Bluetooth > Tap (i) # Aviator XXXXXX > Forget this device. 

4. Re-install the App

5. Pair the watch again.
