First, please make sure that your app and watch firmware are on the latest version available.
For Android:
1.) Unpair the watch and close the Aviator app. Then try to use the app and pair the smartwatch.
2.) Check on your smartphone if you have done some changes by going to Settings > Sounds & Notifications.
Also, check if the "show notification" box is ticked in your phone for the app that you are facing an issue.
Simply go to Settings > Apps > All
3.) Proceed to the Aviator App > Settings > Notifications > Activate your desired App Notification.
For iOS:
1.) Unpair the watch and close the smartwatch app. Then try to use the app and pair the smartwatch.
2.) Check on your smartphone if you have done some changes by going to
Settings > tap Notifications, select the app for which you want to turn on banners and alerts > toggle and allow Notifications, switch on if it's not ready.
3.) Proceed to the Aviator App > Settings > Notifications > Activate your desired App Notification.
Note: On iPhones, not all notifications will be sent if multiple notifications are received on the phone at the same time (e.g. you have My App Notifications for all your apps and your phone receives Gmail, Inbox, Google+, Facebook, and Facebook Messenger at the same time. It is possible that only one of the "My App" notifications will trigger).
