There may be times that we need to change our phone, sell it or let others borrow it for a while. Please note that your Aviator smartwatch can only be paired with only one phone. Therefore, you must unpair the watch first to enable to pair it with the new phone or device.


When a user wants to pair a watch that hasn’t been unpaired yet from the old device where it is still connected,  you will see a pop-up notification with the watch' DN (Device Number) on your phone as shown below. This process only disconnects the watch from the old device and doesn’t delete the user account. If you wish to create a new account, you may do so by signing up using a different email address. 


If you see this error message, please contact your customer service with the email address used to sign up and the DN number at customerservice@connectedfuture.tech. A representative will reply to you within 24 hours. Business hours are 9 AM to 6 PM HKT, Monday to Friday except for holidays.
