2. Email the Customer Service Center
To have your watch repaired or replaced, follow the 5 steps below.
Step 1 - Indicate the registration number of your watch and your email.

Step 2 - Tell us what you think is wrong with your watch:
Step 3 - Upload pictures showing what you think is wrong with your watch.
Format: JPG, PNG. Filesize: 2 MB max.
Step 4 - Upload a scanned copy of your receipt/proof of purchase.

Step 5 - Send it to customer-service@grayton-watches.com. Double check the details before hitting the Send button.
